- Each pack is at the cost of $175.00 including freight, GST and insurance.
- Please inform us of any changes to address, telephone or credit card details so that your pack can be delivered to you promptly. If you did not give us an 'Authority to Leave’, a card will be left by Australia Post to advise you of an attempted delivery. You will then be required to either arrange redelivery or collect your pack from a local Parcel Connect outlet, if no authority to leave is provided, you will be able to collect your parcel from the local post office.
- The tasting packs will automatically be charged to your credit card up to one month prior to dispatch, enabling us to ensure the least possibility of error and to notify you that a pack is on its way.
- The company name that will appear on your statement will be SLP Wines.
- Our club membership is ongoing, and cancellation is not permitted within the first 12 months (three packs). Cancellation of memberships after the first 12 months must be received in writing via email or by calling us. You can put your membership on hold at any time by contacting our office.
- Please make sure you update your details with us every time they change, as Ben Ean will take no responsibility if wine is dispatched to an old address, and extra freight may be incurred. You can email or call through a change of details or update them directly via your account on our website.
- Your wine selections are hand selected by our Cellar Door Manager Michael and staff. You are assured of quality wines selected from premium vineyards in the Hunter Valley, Mudgee and Armidale as well as hand selected quality fruit from other specialty regions.
