- Validity: Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
- Usage: They can be redeemed at Dinah Wines Cellar Door, 199 Distillery Road, Wahgunyah or online at Dinah Wines.
- Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be reloaded, redeemed for cash.
- Lost or Stolen: Treat the card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
