These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Wangolina Online Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Gift Cards are issued by Goode Wine Company Pty Ltd trading as Wangolina (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating in South Australia, Australia.
Gift Cards are available for purchase online at www.wangolina.com.au
Gift Cards are provided in electronic (digital) format only.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.
Gift Cards may be purchased in denominations displayed on our website.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
We are not responsible for Gift Cards sent to an incorrect email address due to purchaser error.
Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only at www.wangolina.com.au
Gift Cards may be redeemed in full or part toward eligible products or services.
If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Any unused balance will remain available for future online purchases until the expiry date.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards unless expressly stated.
Gift Cards expire no sooner than three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
The expiry date will be clearly stated on or with the Gift Card.
Any remaining balance after the expiry date will not be redeemable, except where required by law.
No fees apply for the issue or use of the Gift Card.
No inactivity or maintenance fees will be charged.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
Gift Cards may not be used in conjunction with certain promotions or discount offers unless otherwise stated.
Treat Gift Cards like cash.
Lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised use of a Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a Gift Card if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We may request proof of purchase, age or identity before honouring a Gift Card.
If a Gift Card is cancelled due to fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited, subject to ACL requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card.
Our liability is limited to the remaining balance on the Gift Card, except where the ACL requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to the Gift Card.
Current Terms and Conditions will be available on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
